    SBI Mutual Fund files offer document for its SBI Equity MIP Fund.

    SBI Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its open ended equity scheme called – SBI Equity MIP Fund.

    The scheme aims to generate income by investing in arbitrage opportunities in the cash and derivatives segment of the equity market, and to generate capital appreciation through a moderate exposure in equity. The scheme will invest 65%-90% in equity and equity related instruments, 10%-35% in debt and money market instruments or in units of debt and liquid mutual funds.

    The benchmark of the scheme is CRISIL MIP Blended Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000. The fund will be co-managed by Neeraj Kumar and Ruchit Mehta.
