    Baroda Pioneer Mutual Fund files offer document for its Hybrid fund – Series 1 and 2

    Baroda Pioneer Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its close ended debt scheme called – Baroda Pioneer Hybrid fund – Series 1 and 2.

    The scheme aims to generate income by investing in fixed income securities maturing on or before the date of the maturity and also to generate capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity related instruments. The scheme will invest 65%-100% in debt and debt related instruments, up to 5% in money market instruments and up to 30% in equity and equity related instruments including derivatives.

    The benchmark of the scheme is CRISIL MIP Blended Fund Index. The fund will be co- managed by Alok Sahoo and Dipak Acharya.
