The members of VMFD has sought help from the industry in ensuring the physical well-being of IFAs.
Voice of Mutual Fund distributors (VMFD) has appealed to AMFI and fund houses to create a group health insurance (medical and accidental) coverage for IFAs.
In an open letter sent to AMFI and all AMCs, Ramesh Bhat, member of VMFD has sought help from the industry in ensuring the physical well-being of the IFAs through health insurance coverage.
“AMFI can come forward to create a group insurance cover for all IFAs across the country since it is having insurable interest on its product marketing force. In addition, AMFI can take the support of its members (AMCs) to sponsor for such noble cause to safeguard its marketing force by giving some contribution,” says VMFD in a letter.
