Reliance Mutual Fund files offer document for its US Equity Opportunities Fund
Reliance Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its open ended diversified equity scheme called – Reliance US Equity Opportunities Fund.
The scheme aims to provide long term capital appreciation to investors by primarily investing in equity and equity related securities of companies listed on recognized US stock exchanges and to generate consistent returns by investing in debt and money market securities in India. The scheme will invest 80%-100% in equity and equity related instruments listed on recognized stock exchanges in the US and up to 20% in fixed income securities including money market instruments, cash and cash equivalent, treasury bills and fixed deposits in India.
The benchmark of the scheme is S&P 500 Index. The exit load if redeemed on or before 1 year of allotment will be 1% and there will be no exit load after the completion of 1 year.
The fund will be co-managed by Jahnvee Shah and Anju Chajjer.
