    HDFC Mutual Fund files offer document for its HDFC Focused Equity Fund.

    HDFC Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its close ended equity scheme called – HDFC Focused Equity Fund.

    The scheme aims to generate capital appreciation from a portfolio of securities as specified in Rajiv Gandhi Equity Savings Scheme. The scheme will be investing a minimum of 95% in equity securities as eligible securities for RGESS and up to 5% in money market instruments.

    The benchmark of the scheme is S&P BSE 100 Index. The fund will be managed by Srinivas Rao Ravuri.
