Bajaj Finserv has appointed Lakshmi Iyer as their Group President – Investments. The company aims to significantly strengthen its senior leadership in the investments space with this appointment, an area which it has identified as one with strong growth potential.
According to the press release, Lakshmi will play a strategic role in defining the investment strategy and reviewing performance of its investments business.
Lakshmi holds an MBA degree in finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and has over 25 years’ experience in this industry. She has been working with Kotak AMC since 1999 and is currently their CEO - Investment & Strategy. She will join Bajaj Finserv in August and will be based in Mumbai in her new position.
