PlanPlus will start accepting entries for its Global Financial Planning Awards 2015 from April 1 till June 1, 2015. Three winners will be chosen from each region - America, Europe, including Australia and New Zealand, and Asia, including Africa and the Middle East.
The three winners will receive round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and entrance to the FPA BE Boston 2015 in Boston. The FPA BE event will be held for three days - September 26-28.
Started in 2013, The PlanPlus Global Financial Planning Awards recognizes top financial planners based on their demonstration of providing outstanding financial planning advice clearly focusing on the best interests of the client.
To enter the competition, a planner must complete a submission form, which is based on their choice of a comprehensive plan that has already been presented to a client. Participants have to shell out $50 as entry fee. The finalists will be announced by June 15, 2015 and winners will be announced on PlanPlus website July 15, 2015. Only finalists will be required to submit the actual plan document.
The awards will be presented at the 2015 FPA
Conference to be held in Boston, Massachusetts on Sept. 26.
The winners of Global Financial Planning Awards 2014 awards were Rose Swanger, Advise Finance, Gavin Teoh Hock Geh, Director of Advisory and Practice Management at Standard Financial Adviser Sdn. Bhd and Lovaii Navlakhi, Founder, CEO & Chief Financial Planner at International Money Matters.
