Bengaluru based advisor association The Council of Financial Planners (COFP) in collaboration with US based Financial Planning Association is set to organize its first FPA Asia event in Bengaluru. The four-day event begins on June 10 and ends on June 13, 2015.
The International Community Gathering will be held on June 11 and 12 and the registrations for it are already closed. The Financial Planner Visit and Annual Convention will be held on June 10 and June 13, respectively.
Professionals from personal finance, including financial planners from FPA chapters of various countries, particularly the Asia-Pacific are expected to participate in an international community gathering, stated a note issued by COFP.
The Convention Day agenda include topics like compliance & regulatory - practical challenges & solutions, how to wow your customer through experience design, global perspectives on financial planning as a practice, among others.
The two-day Community Gathering will deal with topics like cross border issues in dealing with global clients, building a sustainable fee based advisory model, impact of technology on financial planning practice, using life planning to grow an advisory practice.
