In a bid to broaden the reach of its products and make it easier for investors and distributors to submit application forms, BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has launched a “Fill it, Click it and Send it” service, said a press release issued by the fund house.

This service will allow investors and distributors to submit application forms in three steps - 1) fill the application form 2) click photos of the application form and supporting document and 3) email the photos to the fund house. However, investors must submit the physical documents to the fund house within 24 hours of submission of the scan/photo request.

As of now, BNP Paribas Mutual Fund is the first AMC in India to launch such service, claims the fund house.

“Traditionally for investors/distributors, submission of application forms is tiring and time consuming process. We are trying to address this issue through this simplified service. This service will also help us reach out to the wider net of distributors across India,” said Prithipal Singh, Head – Sales, BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.

BNP Paribas Mutual Fund manages Rs.  3,915 crore as on March 2015.
