After he retires, the head of a leading mutual fund house plans to file a class action suit against the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). This will be his argument: By delaying the decision to invest in stocks, the EPFO didnt allow retirement funds gain from the 700 per cent rise in the Sensex in the past 20 years.
