Nandkumar Surti would be replacing Christopher Spelman

Mumbai: J.P. Morgan Asset Management today announced the appointment of Nandkumar Surti as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of JPMorgan Asset Management India Private Limited. Surti will be responsible for managing all aspects of the asset management business in India. Surti joined the firm in 2006 and was most recently appointed the Chief Investment Officer. He replaces Christopher Spelman in his new role, who will return to Hong Kong in the New Year.
