The company will accept the list issued by hospitals/ police/ armed forces in case a death certificate from the municipal authorities is not available. The company has a dedicated 24x7 claim-care helpline no. 1860-266-7766 to assist claimants with information on making claims.
Specifically for missing persons, the company will work with government agencies to evaluate and process claims at the earliest.
