Simplifying communication for insurance intermediaries, IRDAI has introduced a single point of communication for brokers, corporate agents, insurance marketing firms and web aggregators.

With this, intermediaries can reach out to IRDAI to seek certification of registration and NOC. They can also make request for renewal of license through the dedicated email id.

While brokers and corporate agents can write to IRDAI at isnp@irdai.gov.in, insurance marketing firms can reach out through imf@irdai.gov.in. Web aggregators can seek such a services through webagg@irdai.gov.in

Insurance agents will continue to make such a request through their respective insurance companies.

Currently, IRDAI is revamping dedicated portals for intermediaries. These email requests will be entertained till these portals are revamped, clarified IRDAI

Is IRDAI sure that the Insurance Company in which an agent work shall forward his/her problem/issue/grievances related to the same company in which he/she works to IRDAI?
It shall be more appropriate and very balancing act if IRDAI allows Direct Platform for Agents to represent their issues/problems/grievances.
