Mumbai: SBI Mutual Fund has launched SBI Debt Fund Series- 90 Days-37 close ended scheme. The new fund offer will open on 28th December, 2010 and will close the same day. The investment objective of the scheme is to provide regular income, liquidity and returns to the investors through investments in a portfolio comprising of debt instruments such as government securities, PSU and Corporate Bonds and money market instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme. The minimum application amount will be Rs 5,000 and the scheme will not charge any entry or exit load. The scheme will be managed by Rajeev Radhakrishnan and will be benchmarked against CRISIL Liquid Fund Index.
