ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced the New Fund Offer (NFO) of ICICI Prudential Capital Protection Oriented Fund II - Series XII - 12 Months Plan, a close ended capital protection oriented fund.
The NFO opens for subscription on May 24, 2012 and closes on May 30, 2012.The duration of the scheme is 373 days from the date of allotment of units. No entry and exit load charges is applicable for the scheme. The scheme offers dividend payout and growth option.
Benchmark Index for the scheme is CRISIL MIP Blended Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to seek to
protect capital by investing a portion of the portfolio in good quality debt
securities and money market instruments and also to provide capital appreciation
by investing the balance in equity and equity related securities. The
securities would mature on or before the maturity of the scheme.
