DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has launched the NFO DSP BlackRock FMP - Series 55 - 12M, a close-ended income scheme.
The primary investment objective of the schemes is to seek to generate returns and capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market securities. The schemes will invest only in such securities which mature on or before the date of maturity of the schemes. The schemes will be managed by Dhawal Dalal.
The NFO opens for subscription on June 15, 2012 and closes on June 19, 2012. No entry and exit load charge is applicable for the scheme. The scheme offers dividend payout and growth option.
The scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiple of Rs 1 thereafter.
