Shriram Mutual Fund has launched Shriram Overnight Fund, an open ended fund investing in overnight securities.
The scheme aims to generate returns commensurate with low risk and providing high level of liquidity through investments made in debt and money market instruments with maturity of up to 1 day.
The NFO of the scheme opens on August 17 and closes on August 19. The scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL Overnight Index.
The minimum investment is Rs.5000 through lumpsum and Rs.1000 through SIP.
