Edelweiss MF has launched an ETF, which will track the BSE Capital Markets & Insurance Total Returns Index (TRI).

The minimum subscription amount during the NFO period will be Rs. 5,000 and multiples of Re. 1 afterwards.

The BSE Capital Markets & Insurance TRI measures the performance of companies across capital markets and insurance such as broking firms, life insurance, general insurance and distributors of financial products.

In a press release, Radhika Gupta, MD & CEO, Edelweiss MF, said, “This ETF is the first in a series of thematic ETFs we plan to roll out in the coming months, each designed to capture key mega trends driving India’s growth story as it moves towards becoming Viksit Bharat by 2047.”
