I have been shouting my lungs out to prove that banks are the biggest missellers and a hub of misselling but still SEBI and IRDAI allows and will allow them to sell. This is to benefit and to help AMCs and Insurance companies increase profits at the cost of investors and agents as well. We the agents are given bad name because of the crime we have not committed which is misselling. It is shamelessness on the part of regularors to continue allowing the malpractices. The regulators should be held accountable and punished for this alongwith the bank and the salesperson.
