Smart investors are lapping up mutual fund units of several closed-end equity mutual fund schemes which trade at a discount to their net asset value (NAV) from secondary markets. Given that the markets are trading at an all-time high, getting an equity fund at a discount to its NAV is a big bargain for investors.
