Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company Ltd (Cigna TTK) has received the approval of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) to partner with the Manipal Group, a leader in the field of healthcare delivery and higher education.
As per the new structure, Cigna Corporation will continue to hold 49 per cent stake in the health insurance venture, while the Manipal Group and the TTK Group will jointly hold 51 per cent.
