Soon after the Sebi came out with a circular on 'TER and performance disclosure of mutual funds' last month, some mutual funds changed the structure of the Total Expense Ratio or TER of some of their schemes. The revised TER showed a significant reduction in the expenses of direct plans. However, the change was not noticeable in the TER of regular plans.
