Nilesh Shah, Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra AMC, spoke to CNBC-TV18 about how to allocate assets for a regular, long-term and disciplined investment.
“No matter what the market condition is, rule of making money continues to remain the same -- be a regular investor, keep on putting incrementally some money into various asset classes. Second, be a long-term investor because it is difficult to predict short-term and difficult to trade in the short-term and third, maintain disciplined asset allocation – don’t put all eggs in one basket,” advised Shah.
