The audience invariably responds with words like ‘strong’ or ‘robust’ or ‘unbreakable’. Then Taleb asks, ‘What is the opposite of positive?’ Almost always, people say, ‘negative’. ‘Why didn’t you say that the opposite of positive is zero?
