Large & mid cap mutual funds is a new category of mutual fund schemes created in the process of re-categorisation and rationalisation of mutual funds by Sebi. These schemes, as the name suggests, would invest in a mix of large and mid-sized companies. These schemes may sound similar to the erstwhile multi cap mutual fund schemes.
