    Code of Conduct Violations: Six Mid-level Executives Quit DSP

    Six mid-level executives of DSP Investment Managers resigned after the asset manager initiated a probe for alleged violation of its code of conduct. These employees had not disclosed a string of ‘personal loans’ they had given to two individuals, including a former employee who is now a stock broker.

    DSP began investigating this matter following a whistle-blower complaint against these employees, said two people familiar with the matter. The whistle-blower had alleged various violations ..
