Aditya Birla Capital is seeing its first top-level exit after more than a decade. Pankaj Razdan, deputy chief executive officer at the financial services firm and also the head of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, has resigned. Kamlesh Rao, managing director of the retail arm of Kotak Securities, will take Razdan’s place at the Aditya Birla Group’s life insurance joint venture with Canada’s Sun Life, said two people familiar with the matter.
