    Haha...how and why should investor look into the portfolio and understand whether it is safe or unsafe? If the investors understand this than why would they give you the money to manage? Also the people who understand portfolios and risk associated with them, I mean distributors, are discouraged and regulator and AMCs want to remove them. Now tell me one thing...AMCs are not responsible for investor's loss and neither is borrower or even regulator is ready to pass on the loss to the investor then what should investor do and where and to who should they go to? Now the most important question is why do they want to remove the distributors?
