As markets rally amid a slowing economy, is it time to reallocate?

The S&P BSE Sensex and the Nifty are scaling new highs as money continues to flow into the equity market through domestic financial institutions such as mutual funds and the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). This market behaviour, in a situation where corporate earnings have been poor and the economic forecast has been weak, raises fears of an asset class bubble.
