    How soon can you start getting back your money? In a normal scenario, the maturity profile of the scheme would be a good indicator. However, investors will have to wait to get back their money, which is likely to be paid out in tranches over 3-4 yrs

    Investors with money stuck in any of the six debt schemes wound up by Franklin Templeton have two questions: Will I get my money back? If yes, how much will I get and when? Here, we address these concerns: Franklin Templeton intends to to pay back investors at the earliest through multiple actions. “As the schemes liquidate portfolio holdings subject to market conditions, receive coupon payments and maturities, the trustees will start to return monies to investors at the earliest,” a note states.
