This is an extremely biased article which says that distributors are responsible for the debt fund debacle by one AMC and regulator and the AMC have no responsibility and by blaming them we are doing an injustice to them? How foolish of him to say that the distributor bring people in this product is to benefit themselves and not the investors. Also regulator remaining tight lipped in this debacle clearly means that they are hands in gloves with the AMC and are not going to make them pay for their wrong doings. Than why should anyone invest in this product if their money is mismanaged and the regulator so called watchdog silently allows them to just shut funds and give money at their whims and fancies to their investors. Why should the regulator only and only regulate commissions just to maximize AMC's profits instead of safe guarding investor's money?
