Finally, the e-voting date is here. Can you share the details of the process? How will investors go about the process?
Our Trustees released the Notices on e-voting and Unitholder’s Meet on 28 May 2020 to investors in the six schemes under winding up. Due to the lockdown, voting will be conducted online and the Unitholder’s Meet via Video Conference (VC). We have partnered with “K Fintech” for the same. To be a part of both these activities, unitholders must have an email id / mobile number registered with us. Those investors who are yet to register their email IDs can do so upto 8 June 2020 on our website.
