    After mutual funds voice concerns, Sebi may ease compensation norms

    The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) is considering making changes to the mutual fund (MF) compensation circular issued last month. It was aimed at ensuring that key executives of the Rs 32-trillion industry had enough "skin in the game".

    SEBI is willing to revisit compensation package for fund managers, meaning this class would continue to get millions of rupees as salaries and incentives
    This due to the pressure tactics and arm twisting by telling the government that country would not grow. But those sitting on AMFI's pedestal that if advisors don't bring business there would be no work for fund managers. They continue to keep mum for unreasonable GST slapped on advisors
