Don’t exit IT too soon! It’s a compounding story for 5-7 years: Sandip Agarwal

What are your expectations for Q1? Bangalore had some severe Covid cases. Do you think that will have an impact on the IT sector in the near term?
Obviously, the second phase of the pandemic has been very painful and in Bangalore there has been a lot of impact. Lot of my techie friends are working in Bangalore. I get feedback from them regularly. Every company has some number of employees who have got impacted and it is very unfortunate. However, there won’t be a negative impact of beyond 20-30 basis points on margins in this particular space.
