CPSE ETF offers 35% returns in a year. Is it time to invest?

CPSE ETF is among the best performing mutual funds in the last one year. The outstanding performance is attributed to the rally in PSU stocks recently. The CPSE ETF has offered 35% returns in the last one year, 16% in 6-months and 11.54% returns in three months. Mutual fund analysts say that this performance may continue for some more time.
