Why your digital life certificate might get rejected at the bank level

Pensioners receive their monthly pension from Pension Disbursing Authorities (PDAs), which include banks, post offices, and other financial institutions. In November of each year, pensioners must provide a "Life Certificate" to these PDAs, either in person or by delivering a life certificate in the proper format.
