Institutional equity AUM expands amid sustained fund flow

The equity portfolio value of institutional investors reached a record high in November helped by a consistent inflow by domestic and foreign investors. The portfolio value of total equity exposure of the domestic mutual funds (MFs) was at Rs 23.5 lakh crore while that of foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) reached Rs 49.9 lakh crore, the NSDL data showed.
