Equity MF inflows drop 23% in Q4 amid volatile markets

A subdued equity market has adversely affected India’s mutual fund (MF) industry’s equity inflows in the January-March period. India’s asset management companies totalling 42 typically consider the March quarter as a crucial period since investors rush to park their money in MFs to save on taxes.
