When the late Satyam Bakshi wrote his will in 2018 at the age of 71, he willed his self-acquired property to his two sons. Bakshi passed away in 2020, confident that there would be no disputes as everything had been detailed carefully in the will. Three years on, there is no settlement on property. “I want to sell the house and divide the money, but my brother wants to continue staying in it and does not want to sell it,” says Delhibased Sandeep, Bakshi’s older son.
