    April was a good month for arbitrage funds and their investors. Nearly Rs 16,000 crore worth of inflows came into these funds, taking the category’s total assets under management (AUM) to more than Rs 1.90 lakh crore. During financial year 2024, arbitrage funds, which essentially look to benefit from the price difference in spot and futures markets, saw the highest yearly inflows in the category, at over Rs 90,000 crore, with assets under management (AUM) jumping 127 percent,
