PMS Accuracap Consultancy Services pays Rs 86.62 lakh to settle allegations of profiting from excessive brokerage

Portfolio Management Service (PMS) Accuracap Consultancy Services has settled allegations of receiving more than the permitted share of brokerage charged to clients, by paying more than Rs 82.62 lakh.

The portfolio manager paid Rs 71,57,450, which was the brokerage amount charged in excess of the cap of the permitted 20 percent, and Rs 11,05,000, which was the settlement amount.
