    Around 29 mutual fund NFOs were floated in the market in October and they together collected Rs 6,078 crore. All of them were open-ended. 

    The maximum contribution to the total amount collected was by sectoral and thematic funds. Four sectoral and thematic funds contributed Rs 3,517 crore in October. WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund launched its two sectoral/thematic funds — WhiteOak Capital Digital Bharat Fund and WhiteOak Capital ESG Best-In-Class Strategy Fund. Among these four, two were Kotak MNC Fund and LIC MF Manufacturing Fund.
