Fresh SGB issuance unlikely: How much will you gain if you buy Sovereign Gold Bonds from stock market

It has been more than eight months since the new financial year 2024-25. However, there has not been a single issuance of SGB so far. Moreover, the government has not announced any new issues of Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGBs) for the remaining part of this year. Many analysts are of the view that there will be no new SGB issues in the future.
