    The markets appear to be a bit worried about the long-term capital gains tax getting reintroduced, says Sashi Krishnan, CIO, Birla Sun Life Insurance. In an interview with ET Now, Krishnan says that the market is also worried at whether the GST and the bankruptcy code will go through in this session. Edited excerpts: 

    ET Now: Well just a few days to go before that mega Monday of the Union Budget, what is the market pricing in, will we actually hear a dividend tax or a long-term capital gains tax because that is something that is really hogging a lot of mindshare for the markets right now.
