ICICI board OKs partial stake sale in ICICI Pru Life via IPO

The board of directors of ICICI Bank approved a partial stake sale of its shareholding in the life insurance arm via listing of the company on the stock exchanges, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Chanda Kochhar said.
