The S&P BSE Sensex, which has been moving in a narrow range so far in 2016, could well break out if the government managed to get the GST bill cleared, a couple of rate cuts materialise and there is a bounceback in earnings growth, Morgan Stanley said in a report released earlier this week.
These factors can trigger a fresh leg of bull run in the Indian market, it said.
