The S&P BSE Sensex might have slipped over 6 per cent in last one year, but that didn't push fund managers away from the market. Fund managers steadily raised their stake in 71 of the BSE500 companies during the year.
HDFC, Kotak Mahindra BankBSE -1.18 % , Rallis India, Cummins IndiaBSE 0.28 % , EIH, HUL, Britannia IndustriesBSE 2.28 %, Havells India, HCL Technologies, PNB, Dish TV , DLF, Reliance PowerBSE -0.20 % , Power Grid and Yes Bank are some of the stocks where domestic mutual funds raised their holdings during the year, data collated by ETMarkets.com showed.
Fund managers raised their stake in stocks belonging to banks, capital goods, consumption, consumer durables and pharma stocks.
