A survey done by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd, What’s your stand on smoking?, found that 57% of the respondents who smoke do not have a health insurance policy. For the survey, 1,011 respondents participated across the country through Facebook, and were in the age group of age group 22-45 years. Of those surveyed, 54% said they smoked regularly.
