Buying and selling of property—be it a house, apartment or plot—depends on the execution of a sale agreement between the seller and the buyer. In the primary real estate market, where the deals are between developers and home buyers, the agreements for sale (AFS) were usually biased in favour of the developers. But that could change soon.
