Mutual fund schemes that invest in overseas markets are feeling the heat of the US elections. These international funds have been faring badly for a while. They have returned around -5.77-1.55 per cent in the last one month; even in three months, they have offered around -7.00-.041 per cent.
"The international funds are becoming vulnerable because of the chances of Donald Trump coming up," says Hiren Dhakkan, Associate Fund Manager, Bonanza Portfolio.
